Vintage Sterling Silver Ring with Natural Agate Cabochon - Sold
Product Description
A natural agate cabochon is bezel set in this vintage sterling silver ring. The band is of thick sterling, with a hammered finish. The stone held up with a pair of small leaves on each side of the setting. The photograph does not show it very well, but the agate is clear enough to let light and form through when held up.
Markings: The inside of the band is marked "STERLING" along with a worn (unreadable) maker's mark.
Size: The ring is approximately a size 7 (inside diameter of the band is approximately 11/16" or 0.6875" and yes, a size 7 is a pinky ring on my big construction workers' hands. It was actually a little tight... Total weight is 4.0 grams.
Condition: Vintage, worn, not damaged. No odd bends or deep scratches. The agate is secure in the setting.
