Cloisonne Vase with Fruit and Flower Medallion

This cloisonne vase is a little unusual. The central medallion is of fruits, surrounding a flower. I've never seen one like this. I don't believe it is particularly old - the pieces out of this estate are circa 1930's....
There is a flaw in the blue enamel of the medallion. It is visible in the photograph because I did my best to make it visible. I actually didn't notice it the first time I held this piece. It is definitely a flaw, not a repair. The machine turned lines of the brass vase under the enamel are perfect. There is no "edge" to them to show a repair. The underside of the vase is blue, there is no signature.
Approximate Size: 6-1/4" in height x 3-1/2" in diameter at the widest point.
Condition: Except for the flaw in the blue enamel, as noted above - there are not problems to note on this piece.
