Birds of Paradise, Glass Snuff Bottle
Product Description
One of the nicest snuff bottles I have ever offered for sale. The birds of paradise are hand carved from the overlaid glass. The carving is from olive green through to white. The spoon is metal, the cap is overlaid glass (emerald over white), and uncarved.
Condition: Used. There is still trace of snuff inside. The spoon has some oxidation happening, but nothing severe. There is a small fleck of green off of the cap, which does not go through to the white. This fleck is very old and has been smoothed through the touch of many fingers over many years.
Approximate size is: 3-3/8" tall x 1-1/8" at the widest point.
