Birks, Gold Heart-Shaped Pendant

We have estimated that this adorable pendant is from the 70's. It is a beautiful piece made by Birk's of Canada. The heart-shape is pierced in a simple filigree pattern and finished with a small garnet. The back is well marked with "Birks 10k". The stone is fairly light in color, faceted, and claw set.

Size: The full length of the pendant, including the bezel is 1-1/4". At the widest point on the heart the measurement is about 7/8". Total weight is 2.7 grams.

Condition: Perfect. There is no wear. It has been kept in a small jewelry bag and shows no signs that it has ever been worn on a chain.
