Bergamot Belt Buckle with 1974 Silver 'Eisenhower' Dollar

Product Description

This is a great Bergamot Brass Co., belt buckle which is in excellent condition. It has never been worn and was found in the original box. The US $1 coin is a 1974 Dwight D. Eisenhower Silver Dollar. The reverse of this coin shows an eagle landing on the moon.
I think - that the coin be reversed, if you know the trick, which I don't.... The reason that I believe this is that the frame which holds the coin, very securely, has an edge to it that does not appear to be attached or molded to the buckle. Rather, the frame appears to sit on two posts, one at each of the frame/coin.
Condition: As noted above - this buckle has never been used. It is in original condition. There is a beautiful black enamel trim going around the outside edge of the chrome - this is absolutely perfect, as is the chrome. The original box has no problem other than a bit of age darkening.
Size: Approximate size of this chrome buckle is 3-7/8" x 2-7/8". Total weight is 115.3 grams or a fraction over 4 ounces.
