Art (definition): Art is the process or product of deliberately and creatively arranging elements in a way that appeals to the senses or emotions. In its narrow sense, the word art most often refers specifically to the visual arts, including media such as painting, sculpture, and printmaking. However, "the arts" may also encompass a diverse range of human activities, creations, and modes of expression, including music and literature. Someone once said: "Art imitates life." That quote was taken out of context. The original quote was by Oscar Wilde, "Life imitates art far more than art imitates Life."

My own personal definition of art, slightly less dramatic. Without living, and real experience, art eludes definition. It is as individual as each artist and each person on this planet. Art is, by definition; a physical, visual or audible creation of our emotions.
