Antique Cameo Brooch, Hand-Carved Shell - New Listing

An extremely well-carved and detailed shell cameo set into a silver filigree base. There are no markings on this antique brooch. The filigree frame is quite lovely and highly typical of Victorian decoration. Please e-mail for more photographs. This really is a beautiful brooch!

Size: The cameo measures approximately 3/4" x 1". The filigree frame, which is about 1/8" in width gives a final outside measurement to the brooch of 1" x 1-1/4".

Condition: The C-clasp is in good working order, the pin is straight and sharp. There are no chips or marks on the cameo and the whole piece is just lovely!
